Simplified Form D1

If you wish to apply for a Global Progress accreditation in your own name or on behalf of a structure for which you are responsible or which you have been entrusted to represent in this capacity, we invite you to conscientiously complete the form below. This form will enable you to formally constitute the file required to submit your application to us.

You can expect a response within twenty-one days from the sending date of this form, unless we need to contact you to clarify certain aspects on your fille or obtain additional information.

Please note that it is only based on the responses provided in the form below, which constitute your file, that we will determine the type of accreditation to grant you, if applicable.

If your request is approved, we will contact you via email within three weeks for a guided video conference interview to document the details of your project.

However, in the event of refusal, we will contact you under the same conditions to provide reasoned explanations for our decision, knowing that your file may be reassessed later upon your request.

A receipt of your application - Form D1 - will be automatically sent to you, containing all the elements mentioned above.

Important:
The type of accreditation (Certification, Accreditation, or Labelling) is granted by the certifying body based on the candidate's file and the purpose of the accreditation request.
