The Chemtrails
The tip of the iceberg
The pre-industrial stage of development began in the 1920s, in Europe and the United States. At that time, the goal was to develop dispersible chemicals, particularly in the air, to influence a theatre of operations, primarily in a military context. Deadly chemicals were already known and used, but the focus was on employing undetectable volatile compounds that could induce alterations in the mental state of enemies, allowing for a strategic advantage beyond material or human factors. A chemical substance causing fear or sadness can represent a decisive tactical advantage in a conflict.
The initial discoveries of these chemical substances and their effects eventually persuaded other states and their respective intelligence services to expand research efforts to achieve any effect under any conditions. The American intelligence agencies aimed to maintain their hegemony in the context. The work seriously began in this regard after the Second World War with a particular focus on the part of the USA. Social engineering through chemical substances was born. The primary employer of experienced chemists was the CIA, either directly or most often through more or less official subsidiaries, prominently represented first in the United States and then around the world. These chemical substances have the effect of more or less permanently altering the emotional state of exposed individuals. Thus, there is a compound for each desired effect. Joy, happiness, euphoria, apathy, anger, compulsiveness are possible and combinable effects that allow for manipulating crowds intentionally.
Inducing jubilation and euphoria during an electoral period can favour one candidate over another. Nurturing a belligerent sentiment within a population can legitimize military intervention, even facilitate a declaration of war. Couple this with a media system in lockstep, and you can control populations and lead them wherever you want them to go.
So, these infamous chemtrails were one of the means of disseminating these substances. Absolutely every country in the world was affected by these sprayings through commercial or military air routes. The chemtrails intentionally stirred controversy to divert attention to this single practice and foster division and doubt between believers and sceptics, artificially creating and fuelling what the CIA has termed “conspiracy theories”. The secrecy of these practices has always relied on compartmentalization within each sector. Generous remuneration and isolation of representatives from different sectors prevented any form of disclosure. Only a handful of individuals were informed of certain secrets without ever having a complete overview. Most of the time, even airline pilots had very limited knowledge of the relevant practices. In any case, the few whistleblowers were prevented from reaching the general public, even though they had compiled comprehensive files containing damning evidence. They were either quickly discredited or simply eliminated.
Corporatism and its conservative tendency toward an elitist status have also helped limit leaks from certain professional sectors, notably, incidentally, that of airline pilots. Any harm to a brand image has always been swiftly contained and discredited. In a complex system, each individual covers the interest of all.
However, chemtrails are only the tip of the iceberg of social hacking practised through chemical substances. In reality, nothing and no one escaped this influence, especially since the means of dissemination were by no means limited to aerial spraying. What we breathed, ate, or drank was not immune to the influence of control and influence chemicals. Thus, the air treatment industry, including air conditioning, across all sectors, was a carrier of these chemical products. The agro-food industry, from tap water to bottled water, from vegetables to ready-made meals, from poultry to nuggets, was a carrier of these substances. For instance, all major brands of bottled water, without exception, included these additives. In this case, the Codex Alimentarius allowed and protected such practices by authorizing, notably, a whole list of highly harmful additives whose effects were different from what they were officially authorized for. The pharmaceutical industry was, of course, also involved, whether through medications or vaccines. It was not uncommon to observe the use of certain molecules to create an effect on targeted populations and to have particularly deleterious, even deadly, side effects. Surges in cancers or unknown diseases could very well be the result of these practices.
So why speak in the past tense? Just look up at the sky to see that spraying is still very much in practice. Well, yes, it is still practised, but no longer with active substances. All harmful products, absolutely all of them, have been replaced by equivalents that are completely neutral and harmless. Especially in the early days, it was necessary to pretend that nothing had changed, even for the few people truly informed about the practices who might have conducted analyses. The advantage of chemistry is that the same molecular composition can have different effects depending on their spatial structuring. The chemical formula remains the same, but the physical, chemical, or biological properties can be completely redirected. Saying that today the constituents of chemtrails have been replaced by a kind of “grenadine syrup” is a very realistic image.
